QUALIFICATIONS:
• BE in Computer Science, Engineering, from an accredited college or university and 3-5 years job-related experience
• Experience with database programming including SQL, SQL server and Access.
• Experience with web programming, ASP, ASP.net.
• Knowledge of Adobe technologies such as ColdFusion and Flash Actionscript. (Not necessary, but we’d like to discuss these technologies vs. Microsoft technologies with someone who knows both if possible)
• Expert in VBScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience developing community portals including bulletin boards, chat and other social networking technologies.
• Experience developing secure “shopping cart” sites.
• Understanding of implications of Search Engine optimization strategies to site design.
• Proficiency in designing UX (User experience).
• Experience on Content Management System.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone with team members.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical people.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information.
• Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise written communication and documentation.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Internet resources.
• Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a Windows environment, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software programs preferred.
